Our client specialises in the design and production of technical publications, produced on demand, predominantly via the web. Thie client base spans further education, training, engineering and retail industries.

An account manager is required to join the customer services team, in a client facing role which is pivotal within the organisation. Supporting the leading Business Development Manager, you will manage job processing, estimating, artwork file handling, proofing, production and despatch.

You will have developed technical knowledge of digital prepress and production techniques and be confident of providing first class advice to clients taking their first steps with variable content programmes.

Experience of working with multiple location clients and the administration of acutely versionised products would be a distinct advantage, as would a working knowledge of Tharsterns MIS.
