You will currently lead a sizeable production team, ideally in a Xerox iGen3 installation. Experience of the new generation Freeflow suite would be a distinct advantage, as would be demonstrable success in production of innovative data driven output. You will have responsibility for scheduling, quality control, and training across all the functions of the manufacturing floor.

The ability to demonstrate adoption of lean working practices, KPI-driven performance improvement and deployment of positive environmental initiatives are essential prerequisites.
